How does the money back guarantee work?

We’re confident that with the right approach, you will succeed which is why to qualify for our money-back guarantee, the following requirements must be met:

2) Have it furnished and managed by our trusted partners,
3) Ensure it’s available for rent for at least 350 days a year, including peak periods.

If you follow these requirements and the property fails to generate enough revenue to cover your total monthly repayments after the first 12 months, we will refund our service fee, no questions asked.
